FIBER REINFORCEMENT

Fibers uniformly distribute multi-demensionally throughout the concrete mixture. The small fibers mechanically lock in the fresh concrete matrix providing reinforcement for the mixture while it's tensile strength is the weakest. This reinforcement reduces the formation of all types of early cracking. This cracking caused by plastic shrinkage, settlement, and other internal stresses would otherwise permanently weaken the resulting concrete. Fibers are not recommended to increase joint spacing or as a substitute for any reinforcement required by the local building codes and standards.

FREEZE RESISTANT CONCRETE

Specially formulated with a non-chloride accelerator "Polar-Set" to reduce concrete setting times and increase early strengths for concrete in very cold conditions, and may be used to reduce the time that concrete must be protected against freezing in ambient temperatures as low as 20 degrees F.

FINISHING ENHANCER

Superior workability and finishability, the exceptional water-reducing performance allows for concrete production at 5 to 8 inch slumps with better water retention and internal cohesiveness, providing smooth flowing concrete with improved placement properties. Formulated with proven finishing enhancing components , which control bleeding while bringing the mortar to the surface. Floating and trowelling, by machine or by hand, easily imparts a smooth, close tolerance surface with less machine time and labor.

CORROSION INHIBITOR

Chemically inhibiting the corrosive action of chlorides on reinforcing steel and prestressed strands in concrete. Recommended for all steel reinforced, post tensioned and prestressed concrete that will come in contact with chlorides from deicing salts or a marine environment. Examples are parking garage decks and supports, bridge decks, and structures in marine environments.

SHRINKAGE COMPENSATING ADDITIVE

A liquid admixture for concrete that dramatically reduces shrinkage due to drying. Contains no expansive materials but instead acts chemically to attack the primary mechanism causing shrinkage. Typical dosages will reduce shrinkage by 80% at 28 days, and 50% up to and beyond one year. This level of shrinkage shrinkage reduction has been demonstrated to eliminate cracking due to drying shrinkage in fully restrained concrete.

SUPERPLASTICIZER

Producing concrete with extreme workability characteristics for high slump, flowing concrete. It also allows concrete to be produced with very low water/cement ratios at low or normal slumps. Superplasticizers are ideal for use in any concrete where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidation.
